ご利用にあたっての注意事項
Notice to customers: Guidelines for using the Nagashi Somen service.
はじめに
流しそうめんは事前のご予約を承っておりません。
ご利用日当日に直接ご来訪いただき、受付にて前受け金をお支払いいただいた時点で受付完了となります。
受付は10:00より開始し、お食事は11:00から順次ご案内となります。
受付は先着順となります。
なお、雨天時、川床増水時 等は、実施を中止とさせていただきます。あらかじめご了承ください。
ご注意事項
● 順番にお呼びいたしますので、待合室か店舗周辺でお待ちください（お呼び出しの前に川床へ下りないでください）
● お呼び出しの際にお返事がない、もしくはお揃いでない場合、順番は最後尾になりますのでお気を付けください。
● 人数の調整等により、多少順番が前後してしまう事がございます。
● 雨天時、河川増水時 等、店舗が営業中止と判断した場合、受付済みのお客様は番号札と引き換えに返金をさせていただきます。
● 番号札をなくされたり、読み取れないほど破損された場合は、参加不可とさせていただき、また返金対応もいたしかねます。
※うちわ交換代として、500円頂戴いたしますのであらかじめご了承ください。
● 待ち時間が長くなることがございます。ご了承くださいませ。
Introduction.
We do not accept advance reservations for Nagashi-somen.
Please visit us directly on the day of your arrival and register at our dedicated reception desk.
The reception desk opens at 10:00 AM, and dining will begin sequentially starting at 11:00 AM.
Please note that registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Additionally, please be aware that service may be canceled in the event of rain, rising water levels at the river terrace, or other similar conditions. We appreciate your understanding.
Notes.
●We will call you in turn. Please wait in the designated waiting area or nearby. We kindly ask that you refrain from heading down to the riverside seating area until you have been called.
●Please be advised that if you are not present or your party is incomplete when your name is called, you will be moved to the end of the waiting list. We appreciate your understanding.
●Due to the nature of adjusting seating for different party sizes, please note that the order of entry may occasionally shift.
●Should we be forced to suspend operations due to adverse weather or rising river levels, guests who have already checked in will be eligible for a refund upon presentation of their numbered ticket.
●Please be advised that if the uchiwa-shaped numbered tag is lost or damaged beyond readability, you will not be permitted to participate. Furthermore, please note that we are unable to offer any refunds in such cases.
*Please be kindly advised that a 500 yen fee is required for the exchange of the paper fan (uchiwa).
●We appreciate your understanding that there may be a significant wait during busy periods.
